A Day Trip to Parc Omega
Fall is coming and we will have the opportunity to enjoy the nice cool weather and the magnificent fall colors. Come join us for a day trip to Omega park; a great experience for kids and adults.
Parc Omega is a safari park in Notre-Dame-de-Bonsecours, Quebec, Canada (just north of Montebello). The park is a drive-through experience, meaning visitors stay in their cars and drive through the park on a winding trail. They also offer three walking trails, playgrounds and picnic areas. Bags of carrots can be purchased at the visitors center at the start of the tour; these are fed to “safe” animals (elk, etc.) throughout the tour, which come up to a visitor’s car for treats.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Not to attend the event if they feel sick
Respect the car owner rules in the car
Share gas and car wear and tear ($15 per passenger to the driver, or $10 per family member for family riding together)
PROGRAM
– 9:30am to 10:00am: Assemble at the Portage Champlain Yacht Club parking lot
– 10:00am: Drive to Parc Omega
– 11:00am: Arrive at Parc Omega
– Activities: drive through the park, feed the animals, watch the wolves or birds shows if available, Aerial boardwalk, The Old Farm and its animals.
– 6:00pm: Drive to Ottawa
