Annual ECCAO Gala
The Egyptian Canadian Cultural Association of Ottawa (ECCAO) is thrilled to announce its highly anticipated Annual Gala night, a truly memorable event that promises an evening of excitement, entertainment, and gastronomic delights. Mark your calendars for a night of elegance and enjoyment!

But that’s not all – this year, ECCAO is proud to announce its partnership with The Magdi Yacoub Heart Foundation fund managed by Myriad Canada. A portion of the proceeds from the Raffle ticket sales will be donated to The Magdi Yacoub Heart Foundation. Furthermore. Your generosity will not only make a difference but will also be acknowledged with tax receipts for your contributions (details provided below).

Gala Charity
Established in 2009 by Professor Sir Magdi Yacoub, the Aswan Heart Centre has been at the forefront of his effort to bring high-quality, state-of-the-art cardiac healthcare to the poorest, most underserved communities in Egypt and the surrounding regions.
At Aswan Heart Centre, and soon at the new Magdi Yacoub Global Heart Centre in Cairo, Dr. Magdi and his medical team work every day to help and heal those with heart defects, mostly children, providing these essential, life-saving services at no charge.
The Magdi Yacoub Global Heart Foundation supports the Aswan Heart Centre and the new Global Heart Centre-Cairo to achieve their tremendous global impact upon the landscapes of scientific research and medical training, and most importantly, the lives of our hospitals’ patients and their families.
