Rajine Ya Hawa

As part of our continued support for the Arabic culture, ECCAO is proud to partner with the Oriental Heritage Choir (OHC), the first choir of its kind to be officially registered in Canada since 2018. The goal of the choir is to revive the heritage of the Arabic music in the community and to introduce it to Canadian audience.

For the second year in a row and after the great success of their first concert “Mousikana 3” last year, ECCAO is gratified to extend the partnership, collaboration and mutual support with OHC, and as a result, ECCAO members and friends will receive a 15% discount on their tickets (before end of day Friday, April 21, 2023) for the delightful Arabic music concert: Rajine Ya Hawa scheduled on Sunday, April 30, 2023, at 6:00 PM, at the Shenkman Arts Centre, on 245 Centrum Blvd, Orléans.

Around fifty singers along with the orchestra will take you to a charming journey of traditional oriental songs. It worth mentioning that ten members of the choir are of Egyptian origin. The Choir is lead by the maestro Spiro Demian.
