The Egyptian Canadian Cultural Association of Ottawa (ECCAO) is non-profit organization that was incorporated in 1984 by a group of 12 Egyptian-Canadian men and women who lived in the National Capital Region.
Hanim Concert: Music Without Borders Festival 2024
We are thrilled to announce that ECCAO is partnering with Music Without Borders for their “Hanim” Concert as part of Festival 2024. The concert will take place on Saturday, October 26, 2024, at 8:00 pm, at the Shenkman Arts Centre.
“Hanim” is a celebration of iconic Arab women in music, featuring timeless legends like Umm Kulthum, Asmahan, Fairouz, Sabah, Shadia, Warda, Mayada El Hennawy, and many more.
