Annual Iftar Ramadan – 2025

ECCAO would like to invite you and your family to our annual celebration of Iftar Ramadan potluck dinner.

Potluck Dinner and Registrations:
To help facilitate the flow of traffic while serving food, we will have two lines of food tables this year. We would like to recommend that you bring two dishes of each item so that they can be placed on the two line of tables (each) if possible.

ECCAO will provide the drinks (water, coffee, tea), dates, and the hall setup items for the Iftar.

Notes:
– Deadline for the Registration is March 5, 2025
– We welcome volunteers to join this event. Those in High School, don’t forget to bring your Community Service Application to sign.
– If you have any dietary restrictions, please bring your own meal.
– If you have accessibility needs or special needs please contact us in advance for special arrangements.

Please don’t forget to bring serving utensils for your dishes, and kindly be prepared to take your dishes leftover.

Cost:
Members: Free Admission for ECCAO members who paid the membership in full
Non-members: $15/adult and $25/family

Program:
5:30 – Guests arrive / Seating / Buffet preparations
6:00 – Open buffet / Athan El-Maghreb / Iftar
7:00 – Dessert buffet
7:30 – Kids Activities & Act “El-Musaharaty”
8:00 – 9:00 – Ammar (عزف علي العود)
9:30 – Wrap Up
10:00 – End of the special evening

Note: for those performing prayers, please bring your own prayer mats.

Kids Corner:
Activities start at 6:45 pm, kids can come and go until 10:00 pm.
Kids activities for kids between 3 and 10 years old: Art and Craft, Dress-up, Make Believe.
