2021 Holidays Potluck & Celebration

Bring your favourite holiday dish, your smile and join us. The potluck will be followed by an entertainment program and a lot of surprises!!

RESERVATION
Reservation is open until the 25ppl capacity is full.

LOCATION
A fancy celebration party room near Lyon North / Laurier West downtown Ottawa. Exact address and access info will be emailed to participants 24 hours before the event. The location is accessible (an elevator is available to the room).

PROGRAM
* Time may change based on the pace of the evening
– 6:30 People start coming
– 7:00 to 8:00 We eat & socialize
– 8:00 to 10:30 Entertainment program
– 10:30 to 11:00 Cleaning
WHAT IS IN FOR THE ENTERTAINMENT PROGRAM?
The entertainment program includes game competitions, karaoke, ping pong, and an “ECCAO got talent” segment ?
If you have a talent that you would like to share with us, we would love to hear from you. please mention it in the registration form
WHAT TO BRING
ECCAO will bring soft drinks, tea, coffee, utensils, napkins and sanitizers, will put up decorations and coordinate the entertainment program. You bring:
1) Your smile ?
2) A dish to share with others AND a serving spoon.
3) Based on your interest, feel free to bring your favorite board game to share with others, and/or your ping pong racket, net & balls and/or a youtube URL for the Karaoke song you plan to contribute with in the Karaoke (optional)
COVID-19 PRECAUTION
A proof of double dose vaccination is required for attendance. If you feel sick, you are not to attend the event.
