We’re looking for enthusiastic paddlers to join us in this thrilling event from June 21 to 23, 2024.\nLocation:\nMooney’s Bay Park\n2960 Riverside Drive, Ottawa, Ontario K1V 8N6\nTeam Details:\n– Mixed: Must race with a minimum of 8 female paddlers.\nTeam Composition:\n» 16-20 paddlers\n» 1 drummer\n» 1 steersperson\n» Up to 6 spares (maximum roster of 30)\nTeam Practices:\nThe duration of each practice is about one hour on the water, that is about 2 hours in total\nLocation: Rideau Cane Club 804 Hog’s Back Rd, Ottawa (Map)\nSchedule:\n⊗ Friday May 24, 6:00pm\n⊗ Friday May 31, 6:00pm\n⊗ Friday June 7, 6:00pm\n⊗ Friday June 14, 6:00pm\n⊗ Wednesday Jun 19, 6:45pm\n \n\nRace:\nRace day is set for June 22th and June 23th, starting at 8:00 am. On the first day, get ready for the adrenaline rush as we tackle three races back-to-back. If we ace those and secure a spot among the top 100, we’ll gear up for one final showdown on the second day.
