Qahwa and Yoga Session
Are you looking for something different at your upcoming Qahwa? Come and join us for yoga exercises with Dina Hamza! Stretch of muscles would enhance the mobility, release tension and clear the mind which would lead to improving our physical and mental state. Don’t feel like you are totally fit? no worries, these exercises can be practiced while sitting on chair and off chair.
Make sure to wear comfortable clothing.
Dina Hamza has been teaching fitness classes for 13 years in fitness and wellness field as Yoga & Pilates teacher. Dina loves exercising and always encourages those around her to exercise as well.
